Along with my audio.. New Headunit?!

Basically, I searched, saw some stuff that looks okay, cant tell by stock images. What im looking for is something around $200, thats a little flashy ( you know something better than just the scrolling text ) thats reliable, has 3 preamps, onboard amp is not needed.

What do you guys recommend, also if it can be used with my sony () 10disc cd changer, thats a bonus

i know it's a sony but here it is: sony cdx-m8810 for 264.95

i guess...i said that because it's close to what you want and it will hook up to your sony changer......

ARE changers and Head units interchangeable?......(i don't mean the one's with FM modulators)

^ x2.

If you want to keep the functionality of your changer, I'd recommend sticking with Sony. Look on eBay (if you haven't already) from some older Sony CD players... (2002 or earlier). They won't be too flashy, but are the best head units Sony ever made.

As for the one above that fumes posted, it actually doesn't look bad. Feature-wise, it's comparable to my Pioneer P80. Maybe I'm mistaken, but it seems Sony has upped the ante a bit this year as far as their head units go.

But I could be entirely wrong...

Get the CDX-M8805X, which is exactly the same with blue buttons and a blue backlight when open. I chose that one. OR

That one, which came out a week after I got mine and cost 5 dollars more than the previous version. I don't know what the difference is, but a newer one for 5 dollars... I wish I waited.
