tell me about the polk c300.2 2 ch amp. is it any good? i know a place thats selling it for $99 clearance, retail is supposedly $299. should i jump on this deal?
You can get a Diamond D5300.2 on eBay for about $100 shipped -- brand new. Much better of an amp. And if you wanted to know -- it retailed at $400+,
To answer your question: no. Look elsewhere. Unless of course you want to buy it and resell it to the local teen car audio n00b for an inflated price (which you probably good). Otherwise, I'd pass.
Haha, I just did some research on the Polk MOMO amp. They seem pretty good especially for the price. Not sure about the build quality and I don't know a single person who uses one of their amps... I'm curious about the ratings at 12V too...
Polk speakers on the other hand, there's better stuff for the same money.
Ouch...
I like my Polks. They sound plenty good to me. I've only got my rear fill going right now, and I can barely tell I'm missing my front stage.
I'm not disagreeing with you, but it sounded like you were downing my Polks. Surely there is better stuff out there, some things for the same price, but I think their speakers are decent to say the least.
