Just bit...

...on a pair of Elemental Designs EU-700 midbass drivers to use iin my "budget" 3-way active setup.

http://edesignaudio.com/product.php?...atures&cur=USD

Hard to go wrong with 13 mm of xmax.... I think it'll be an appropriate midbass driver so long as I keep 'em crossed-over at 200 and below so directionality won't be too big of a problem... Also hard to argue with the price for a pair (early group-buy discount):

$117.xx shipped.

The Adire Extremis 6.8 is $99 each for reference. Vifa PL's are about $65 each. Just trying to convince myself that I made the right purchase...

Input/comments/questions are welcome.

50 bucks is a steal. I wonder how they work out. I was considering using a pair in the back doors as sub use, when the 15" sub needs to be pulled out for carrying people.
