Help!! On stero decks.

I recently bought a new deck for my 91 Corolla, I started to hook it up today and got it all hooked up and working, I listened to a few CDs and the radio, it worked fine.
When it was working it was out of the dash (i didnt finish working on it, and I had to be at a friends house at 2, so I just left it out, it was on the passenger seat, it was working fine)

Then i tried to actually install it, all I did was unplug it from the deck, put it in the dash, then plugged it back in, I turn the car on but it doesnt turn on. I checked all the connections and wire ties, they are all good.

One thing I also did; the old radio ran off a 7.5 circuit thingie, and I left that in there, and it was working on that, but the radio said it should be on a 10, so I put in the 10 when I was putting it into the dash. Ive tried putting the 7.5 back in there, and new 7.5s, but it still wont start.

Also, when that happened my blinkers stopped working...

It sounds like you may have blown a fuse.

Is the circuit thingie a fuse like this

Look in the middle to make sure that the fuse is not blown. A blown fuse will have a broken connection instead of a solid conection in the middle like in the link above.

Where did you switch out the fuse?
