Talking The newest mod to my AE92.

Finally found a nice toy to put in my AE92 this thing is bumping the hell out of the poor OEM speakers for now and it matches the interior so nicely.. just as good as the KDCMP8017 that resides in the 89 GTS same colour scheme, which matches with the AE92 HVAC control lighting.

Next on the list is to put in a set of JL Audio TR400 CX 4inch speakers up front and a set of TR525CX 5.25inch for the back that I have kicking around my garage waiting for a good home, and maybe some subs and amp.

$399 CDN on sale.. normally $479cdn.. I paid more than $500 out the door installed and taxes.. damn taxes.. I had to pay for install to get a full 3yr warranty otherwise it would have been 1yr.

The next model up the CD8445 was $799CDN way too much for me, but way nicer deck and of course it's got 8V preouts..

I'm planning to use the auxiliary input for my MP3 player.

and yeah.. 4inch up front.. but I got a set of tweets that are going on the doors on the covers for the mirror screws.. hope it looks nice... and I'm thinking of installing some 8inch subs on the back panel.

Nope.

No head unit, to the best of my knowledge, comes with that.

Except for Eclipse. I believe it is for one year. And I believe you need to have it bought from an Authorized dealer.
