Tundra stereo upgrade

I just got an 05 Tundra Access Cab and want to upgrade the stock 6 speaker system. I am not into loud volume. Into sound quality on music such as Pink Floyd. Here is my preliminary plan

Eclipse cd5444 head unit running door speakers (no amp, at least not yet)
Old Carver M-2120 125WPC RMS (I already have it) running two Image Dynamic ID8 v.3 8" subs in Q-logic under seat enclosure. I went with the Image Dynamics because they came highly recommended, seem to be a good match for my Carver amp, and from their specs, think they will give more low-end than any other 8"
Infinity Reference components (probably 6010cs)
Infinity Kappa 652.5 in rear doors
I am trying to stay on a budget and still get good sound quality. Do you think these components will all blend together well? Opinions? Suggestions?

I realize I may get a little better sq using an amp on the door speakers, but was hoping to stay under $1000, I think I'm at about $1100 from the prices I've been finding. One other option I thought of is having a custom box made for just one 8" and could bridge my amp to give 300W RMS which is the Image Dynamic's Max continuous anyway. Would two sound much better than one? If I did one, I should have enough space to port the box. Would that be better than a sealed one for my application? Has anyone successfully fit a 10" under the back seat without major mods to the truck? I don' think it's deep enough.

I would go with the dual 8's and just bridge the amp for them. That way each will see 150 watts rms. You will have to get the dual 4 ohm versions and wire it like this:

How much were you getting the Eclipse for? For comparison sake you can get a breand new Pioneer Premeir DEH-P860MP for 320 shipped. That CD player will blow the Eclipse out of the Water. But the Eclipse is not bad at all, don't get me wrong.

I've used the Infinity Speakers a long time ago, not very impressive at all. If possible I'd rec. not buying any rear speakers at the moment, and use that money towards a nicer set of components and an amp for them.

You're also going to be limited to shallow mount speakers in the front. I pm'ed you a few links that will help on that issue.

Get a ruler or tape measure and measure the space you have for the subs. If you can get a custom box made. That would be better if you cannot a pre-fabricated boxes in your truck and it would also use the space more efficiently.

Whether you go with two 8s or one 10, you will need about 1 cu ft for the sub. See how much space you have first. To fit 8s, you will need a face that is about 10 in x 10 in for the sub. The overall diameter of the 8 is about 8.5 in and the material for the box will be 5/8 in or 3/4 in thick. To fir a 10, you will need a face that is 11-5/8 in x 11-5/8 in.
