DivX DVD players?

Anyone know when this will come out? All this ripping of dvd's s costing me more CDr's. And When copied from a DVD format > VCD the quality loss is very noticeable. When copied to a SVCD format the quality is good but takes up 2 or more CD's. Kinda sucks having to change the Cd every half hour or so. Ahh the life of a thief isnt very easy.

Why wait just utilize your TV out option provided on most video cards. I have my computer in my room hooked up to the TV in the living room Via a S-Video cable and about 80 movies I have yet to watch. My 40GB HD is filled and am looking for another, anybody getting rid of a extra HD?

Ehh not convenient enough. I might as well invest in a DVD-RW.

I mean i can't bring the DVD's to friend's houses and watch them unless they have a comp and the cable. And the ripping of a DVD takes 6-10 hours, as opposed to 3 with a DVD-RW. And u have seen a DVD-RW for $299?? Where? The cheapest and somewhat trustworthy one i have seen goes for $450.

And What exactly is that statement mean?
What exactly does living any specific place have to do with this thread?
Ok, ok (do you stutter when you type)?
