Mounting a headrest monitor - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

I just bought a pair of Alpine's TME-M580s and was looking around for an install kit so that I can put into the headrest. I believe the model number for the headrest is KTE-580V. I tried looking for this online but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one or do other companies make headrest install kits? I don't necessarily need an Alpine one. Just something that'll help me mount it into my headrest. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Knailgun might be able to lend some info on this. I have no experience with headrest monitors.

it's pretty easy, cut out a footprin of the bezel into the foam and headrest, hollow out foam til u get to the interior frame, drill the blastic bezel into the fram using self tapping screws, and then run the wire out and snap in the monitor.

i googled some pics, there is also a writeup on the12volt.com that might help. damned if i remember what it is.
