Depends on the size...

My advice: just ditch your rear speakers.

It depends on the size of the speaker. I got 6.5" and I used the stock mounting brackets, however, I had to slightly modify them.

The new speakers I got were a lot deeper so I had to file down a good part of the mounting bracket to get them to sit well. Also, I had to cut and bend back some of the metal under the brackets to get my speakers to fit by depth. My job isn't great but they hold tight without rattling so I'm fine with it.

It's probably gonna be some work either way, but if you have some other way of doing it, I'd ditch the brackets.

Toyota already saved you the hassle of taking them out

Get some nice front components and an amp.
