Great article!

Raam is a great overall canidate, but this clearly proves than anything in sunlight, verticle, upsidedown, asphault based shouldnt be used. I could see edead being under on horizontal surfaces like the back seat and wells and all.

But good read!

I think those tests were kinda pointless. There is a point where more sticky makes no difference. Cars don't get over 200 degrees and if your car is submerged in acetone, well my friend you have bigger issues. Price to coverage is about the only good comparison, but that still doesn't reflect how it would work, but then again neither did the other tests.

Cars do get up to 200 degrees, especially the sheet metal.

And yes there is a point to all this. It is to show consumers an alternative to Dynamat Extreme, and to weed out the lesser quality options. Peal and seal (or any other asphalt based deadener) will most likely fall off vertical surfaces.
