Alpine Warrenty experiences?

as well as crutchfield warrenty experiences.... I bought a alpine 9833 back in april from crutchfield. I believe they handle the warrenty for the first month but now there is a problem with my screen so would i have to deal with alpine or crutchfield and has anyone every dealt with them?

thanks

from my experience they were great i sent them 2 blown type r subs and they sent me back 2 new ones in aboout 1 week brand new in box perfect. all you gotta do is follow their instructions correctly on how to do a warranty claim and everything will be good. since you live in california it should be faster than anyone i live in cali too so they sent it fast

Yes. I've never owned an Alpine product that crapped out (*knocks on wood*...but I've never bought anything 2005) so I couldn't tell you for sure.

But yes, shipping will be FAST as their HQ is located in Irvine, CA (SoCal).
