I have 3 10l7 powered by an arc audio 2500 and also have an 4050 and an eclipse av3423. I have a yellow topin the trunk and under the hood and did the big 3 on my 05 camry and my light still dim like they did before any of this and some guy at a audio shop said i should get an 15 fahard cap.

I know caps are not like very much on TN but is there any thing else i can do to get rid of the dimming light in stead of a HO alt.(Unless there is someplace i can get one cheap around the same price as the cap 250)

Do you have a high powered alternator? Its obvious that you don't have enough juice to power your setup and all of the car electronics. You might want to look into the alternator before you kill your battery (its not fun getting stuck somewhere without power).

Cap = waste of money.

A cap won't do anything to help the situation. As said earlier, you gotta get yourself a stronger alternator.

What vehicle do you drive?
