sony amps

hey,

i know all of ull say sony amps are shit and i belive ull. but i got mine for free. so pls help me out.

any of you running sony amps with their subs. if so, do they run fine. i am running an infinity 10 inch of my sony amp and the bass sucks. i hooked the same sub up to my buddys alpine amp and it pounds.

my amp is running 250 rms. and i am running just one 10 inch infinity. my amp is the xplode xm-2100 gtx. has any used this amp for their subs before.

ummm...how about tell us what amp it is too?

is it a d class? ab bridged? you for got to bridge it? what?

sub is a 2ohm, 4ohm, dual voil, etc etc.

yea the 2100 needs to be bridged to put out enough power for anything.. make sure you have the amp bridged and the sub is wired correctly and it should sound better. Also make sure you have the filter set to low pass and have the gains adjusted properly

my frez is set to 110 hz. my gain level is at 1.9V and mu low boost is at 1.

i have a JVC head unit.

how can i ensure that my amp is bridges. i thought that it woul ddo it automatically since the amp is only hooked up to the one sub
