Image Dynamics or Kicker Solo-Baric? Which subwoofer would you choose?

Did you ever get to listen to the ID10 with 350 watts?
I'd pick the ID over the Kicker any day, even if the kicker might get louder.

Just got it from the TT folks . . .
Just got the ID10 D4 V.3 . . .
I will be hooking up tomorrow. It is already to go . . .
On the paper work from ID shows to be 250RMS and 450Max . ..
Did they send me the right one?
This one says it will work in SMALL sealed enclosure.
I was wondering if anyone else had tried them both out . . .
Have you ever heard the Solo in a small sealed setup?

You can send it more if you have it, but 250 is all it really needs.
The Kicker will probably get louder if you have the right power going to it, but I'm guessing you are probably going to like the sound quality and accuracy of the Image Dynamics better. Also keep in mind the subs need to be broken in. Don't be having them reaching full excursion after you've played them for a good 20 hours. You will notice they get better after that amount of time.

Oh and they definitely made an improvement in the .com thing, but it's still kind of cheesy

Yup!
Got 500 watts to send it!.
I may go doubles, but I will be sure to break it in first.
The solo is really starting to sound very nice. Much better than I thought it would.
I may go double on the Image D, they sent me two of them . . . not sure if I want to change everything out.
Also got me some Diamond Hex Silk 6.5s . . .
Can't wait to get all this hooked up.

....
They just keep sending me all kinds of stuff. I requested the Diamonds as a joke, I was going to purchase myself . . . low and behold. Here there are!
I am thinking about briding my c400.4 and pump all the watts to the diamonds. They can handle 150 watts RMS.

^Or wire them active and take advantage of those onboard crosovers and time alignment you have available in your headunit.

PB, Just wanted to find out if the people out there with either setup would give us their input. I will be placing a ID in my truck pretty soon. I am itching to see the difference . .

I'd take a ID sub over a Kicker sub anyday. Especially the ID max.
I listened to a demo car they had at CES. Full ID setup (subs, midbass, and horns).

Why is this even a topic of discussion?
Image Dynamics. Don't even question it.

Who is they? I'd love to get some free stuff
Oh, I'd take a single ID anyday.
