So you're looking for two subs?

I see, well if you are willing to spend just a little bit more you can have some of the best SQ subs available right now.

http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/...read.php?t=763

Or you can just get a single Diamond Audio D6 12"

The Image Dyanmics ID10V3 are 120 shipped each at sounddomain.

Under 100 bucks is kinda hard to do. Only because for another 20-40 bucks more per sub, you can get some really great subs.

Have you thought about just one really good sub?

Or if you don't mind buying factory renewed these are really good.

I'd go with the ID, but they are on backorder from SD. Were you talking about one or two? Because neither of those subs should have 600 watts rms.

if you could get the two for around the same price i would definately get the JL w3 v.2. It is a way better sounding sub. I have two 12" ID v.3's and they do not sound as good as my friend's JL w3. Although I think that the IDQ 12" v.2 sounds just as good or better than the JLw3

ID would be a good choice, but if you are going CHEAP.....check out the MTX4500, good sub reasonable priced and you can get it at the "Cam2xrunner's shop til you drop store".....(AKA Ebay....)...... I shop there often as well

One other thing to keep in mind is that the BOX that you put the speakers in is more important than whatever speaker you decide to put in it.

I have seen some really good woofers sound like junk because of the box that they are in.

I have two friends that spent about the same for their sub speaker/box combos, they both have the same amps, close to the same head units, etc.

System 1: Pyramid Hyper Pro 12's, in a box designed and built by a friend of mine that owns a stereo shop. Cost was $30 each for the subs, and $200 for the box.

System 2: Image Dynamics 12's (I don't know which ones, but they were $200 each) in a ported box that he bought at Circuit City with a pair of 12's that he roasted a couple months ago.

System 2 sounds like garbage compared to System 1, even though System 2 cost a lot more $$$$..
