Diamond Audio D5600.2 amp with 2 12idv.3 subs???

i am looking to upgrade from the jl brand into some better brands im lookin at my PRE-audiophile setup here diamond audio d5600.2 with 2 12 id v.3 subs i was wondering will this be a good setup will it be better than my current set up of 2 12 jlw3v2 with a niche audio na3000d amp???

i will be running the id subs in a sealed box in a trunk of a bmw

I've heard those bimmers' trunks are pretty well sealed up,trapping the bass in the trunk.Seen installs where ppl had to cut the rear deck so that bass can get into the cabin. Maybe u can check the BMW forums or carddomain to get some ideas.BTW I own the IDv.3's & absolutely love them,they pound & go low...dont let the looks fool ya.

yes those bmws are WILDLY sealed up u cant hear crap unless u got fold down seats WHICH I DONT HAVE my next one will no matter what but for now im startin to move away from the brands that lots of people like starting to become more of an audiophile so the image dynamics are definately my first choice.. i just hope im makin the right move

Kirk DeYoung (at Pacific Stereo in Hayward) does some fantastic work. I wouldn't trust Pacific with any sort of install, but they did one thing right and hired Kirk who's an established custom installer in the industry. He charges very reasonable prices from what I understand. If you're in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and you want custom work, he'd be the one to talk to.

yes im right here in redwoodcity im close to hayward. pacific stereo i wouldnt trust them with anything wow they are so bad i am better than they are. there is a place in sancarlos california this dude named dave bridgeman 30 yrs in the business runs a tiny shop that only sells alpine and boston acousitic amazing work but costly as hell

Hey I didn't know this was for a BMW. You should go with an infinite baffle install in the reardeck. Peerless XXLS 10" would be a great choice for IB (or sealed for that matter)
