thanks man!

On the serious side, want some ideas . . .
My 4 channel polk is going thermal on me. I was wondering if you think it is because I have it mounted on carpet? I was thinking about just using a black painted board, some some spacers to lift the amp off the board. Then maybe add a computer fan to help cool it down.

You kidding me?

That would cause it to over heat?

I knew I should not have jacked with it.

It only does it when I have my head unit at 24 for about 45 minutes. Car on or off does not matter. Can't go much past 24 without clipping . .

Shows 35 as the max.

Yeah go turn the gains down, here read this...

http://www.bcae1.com/gaincon2.htm

When you get a chance, read as much as you can from that site.
