this shop is trying to sell them for 350 is that a good price or no?

The cheapest I've seen them online is 309 plus shipping at CBR Stereo. So if you can get them from an Authorized local shop for around the same price, I'd go that way instead.

that price is from an authorized deaer the only one around here. he told 350 is the best he can do. No i havnt got in touch with him yet but i will soon though

Shop around

For 350 they're still a good choice for a high end component system. You can usually find people selling their used sets for about 240-270 shipped.

theres only two within 15 miles of where i live one told me 350 installed and the other one said they would or could not match that price

I would go for it, but I would install them myself if I were you. Along with deadener too. I rec. raammat.

You'll also need some mdf mounting adapter brackets for the mids.
