If I was shopping for a 5 channel, and had 300 bucks, I'd be all over this.

find out if this is a TO3 transistor amp. If so, consider it mine.

Man I have no idea, it don't matter though, that amp is freakin sweet! You can control a fully active 2 way front and a sub, without using a headunit with onboard crossover. And it's made by Audison, they are right up there with the top names in amps.
