I guess, depending on your judgment, if the bumper looks like crap- maybe her safety might be compromised.
There was one kit I saw on a cheesy infomercial about using some kinda pressurizer to reshape the dents on fenders and what-nots.<-- that might give you an idea of what to do.
If money is no option, then maybe take it to your local body shop and have the bumper re-filled.

i dont think you know what a sieena bumper is... its a hard piece of plastic, not painted (except XLE) which i doubt this is. It would not be any safetly hazard, as the bumper is fully hollow.
I dunno, keep trying to bash out the dent. I've seen a few siennas with dented bumpers on the corner. Is it that hard of plastic? I guess it is, maybe take it to a body shop and have them push it out. I dont think the bumper is gonna be perfeclty round like originally, but should look better.
