How about a quick-detach cat that you can remove when you park the
vehicle to take it with you--like the face plate of expensive radios?
You can have it plated in 24ca gold and hook a neck chain to it so it can
be worn as wrapper jewelry (like Mr. T's chains).

The cage around the cat bolted to the frame bars would make theft very skilled and time consuming job.
Also why not to charge the thiefs with environmmental terrorism rather then thieft?

dont always have time to climb under the car to remove it.. than reinstall it.

or go catless.. f the environment
