Busted rear passenger window, Norwalk California.

Came out of the gym to find my rear passenger window busted and got my school bag stolen. Only pencils and scratch paper inside though, what a shame.
It was 5 pm, broad daylight and in front of a starbucks and a gym, what the hell? The cops said it takes 5 seconds to do this and the windows don't even make a loud sound when they break.

Anyone know a good place that will fix my window for a good price? It's a toyota yaris 09. Thank you for your help.

All windows makes a loud shattering sound when shattered. However, window tinting or similar applications significantly reduces the sounds.
