i think the motor in the xd is the same as corolla 03-07 if it were the new dual vvti wouldn't it put out 136 hp?

new sae rating applies to 06 and newer.

the 08 euro corolla is advertised as 100 kw which equals 136 hp are we getting a detuned motor on the new corolla too?

I bought an XD for my granddaughter last year and after driving it a few times I felt that it had all that a person could actually need in a car so with my ten year old Ford van getting unreliable I got an XD for me this year. So far I like everything about it except the sun visors. The wife has a sienna and of course it does have a much better ride and more horsepower but none of that is really necessary.
