There are a few places that sell these items for less then the dealers but there's nothing the dealer can do about price. Scion forbids the dealers from selling for less then advertised. It's called the Scion covenant which is what regulates the "pure priceing" that Scion advertises. If a dealers breaks this covenant, they can be penalized by Scion corp.
