i have an SC300 in the driveway..
now..
from later 91 (model year 92), the SC400 was introduced, with a 4 liter 1UZ-FE V8, in mid 1992, the SC300 was introduced with a 3.0L 2JZ-GE Inline 6, now, the SC300 was the 1st car to use the 2JZ..
2000 was the last year for the 1st generation SC's (about, 2nd or 3rd for the "Soarer" name)..
there was no 2001 model..
the SC/Soarer returned in 2002 with the SC430, available exclusively with the 3UZ-FE V8..
so, the point im making is there's never been a V6 in a soarer or an SC...
