Can you please tell me how you are going to get power to the rear wheels in a front wheel drive car?
Also, the 3s-fe doesn't response well to bolt-on modifications. With an auto, you MIGHT get 10 wheel horsepower from the mods you mention... Nitrous or turbo is the way to make real power.
Before you go thinking I'm talking out my ass, I've had two manual 3s-fe Camry, one with N/A bolt ons (CAI, Header, Exhaust, hi-flow cat, etc), and one with a turbo and now with an in-progress motor swap.
