Just did a partial debadge - pics

Well, I took advantage of the hot weather today and debadged the truck, well partially anyway. Took about an hour or so. Used fishing line and bug and tar remover. Worked perfectly, no problems.

I took the emblems off the sides of the truck and the Toyota emblem off the tailgate. I did keep the TUNDRA and 4x4 emblems because I do like the look of them and I do want people to know it's a Tundra they are looking at.

I am not going to touch the TRD stickers. They look okay and I don't want any paint problems trying to take them off.

Here's the pics!

Thanks Dana!

I got up the courage this morning to take the TRD stickers off. They came off without any trouble whatsoever. It took me 12 minutes to take both stickers off. Now I really like the clean look of the truck.

Looks good. I took all the emblems off the side this morning only because the 5.7 emblem on the drivers side was on crooked. It does look a helluva lot better. I'll probably go back out after a while and pull the ones off the tailgate.

Gorgeous truck! I absolutely love the new Tundra, especially with no decals or badges. It was the first thing I did to my truck way back when I got it but I did put on smaller TRD decals on the rear quarters and I plan on changing the color out soon enough but your truck looks GREAT!
