07 Tundra Toytec 3" lift kit installation

We ordered the lift kit and it has been sitting around our shop for 2 weeks. So I figure it's friday why not put it on and go have some fun(well not really). The kit is very well designed and those guys over Toytec are super cool. They would talk to you after office hours. I went with the rear leaf springs in the rear because we do have a big trailer.

First time I put this bad boy in the lift. Everything is huge... Look at the damn brake rotors and calipers.

Tight rod end is unbolt and out.

Putting the spacers on the front. There are 2 pieces and you can't really swap them around.

She is together. I'm still running the stock shocks. I talked to Toytec they said stock shocks are ok but we will see. If not I can swap them out with a bigger unit.

Looks a lot better already.

Since the additonal spacers are on there. There is more tension on the spring and shock. I would be very carefull when going back or the truck will fall off the lift.

You would need to have your front end realign. The front end have more positive camber now. Also It wouldn't hurt to inspect the toe, I belive caster won't be an issue here.

Quick Tip. Getting these the sway bar end links to align with the hole. You will need to put your tires back on and lower the truck down. Trust me it will be easier to slide the bolts through.

Rear leaft springs. 95% of the guys opted to go with the rear blocks. But in my case, the rear blocks won't cut it for me. The rear leaf springs is a pain the rear to install. You would have to remove all the leaft springs. change out the longer center bolt that Toytec provided. The hardest thing is to align the center hole. Other than that, this is a fun install. I will get more pictures for everyone.
