I'm just curious to see what people are paying for their 07 Tundras. I've been hearing that some dealerships are practically giving them away with the current gas prices, while I've also heard that the dealerships treat them like they are made of gold and won't deal. I'm looking to get a CrewMax, both of the ones we looked at are stickered at 37, we're hoping to get it knocked down to 34 and get the 0% financing. I know they have 2500-3500 off depending on your market right now.
Please state your cab, trim, and any options. Thanks in advance

I bought my 07 early - back in April - I sold my 02 camaro I was driving in a very short time and had to have something to drive. I had been looking at tundra's for a month or so and had decided to buy - at that time no dealers around Austin, Tx were offering the $$discounts yet except for one in Austin - they had a 2.5Kdiscount going for the month of April - plus when I starting dealing with them and they found I was self employeed and incorporated they offered me another 1K discount if I would use Toyota credit and list it as a commercial vehicle - ie purchased through my company. So I ended up with 3.5K discount along with a few small options they added on the truck between the time I first test drove it and when I bought it - in just two days time they added Xline spray in bed liner and installed the JVC XM radio 6CD player. Here are the specs:
07 Tundra 4X2 crew cab short bed in dark red metallic (it says pearl on the sticker but after two coats of tropicare it is metallic paint for sure)
SR5 package with leather seats added by dealer
TRD package with the 18" sport wheels
JBL 10speaker system with 6CD changer and XM radio ready (still on the free 90 days)
auto dimming mirror, anti theft DRL tow mirrors (manual, non heated)
mudguards and max tow package
I was supposed to get the deck rail system installed but it never happenned - salesman got fired/let go right after the deal and it was not on the paperwork, whatever.....
Truck started at 28.5sticker + all options it was about 33K, after TTL, 75Kmi platinum warranty and bump guard minus the discounts, the final price I paid was close to 33.5K.
I priced pretty much all other full sized trucks, went out and drove several and liked the tundra hands down over all of them. and when you consider it is toyota quality for the same price - no contest in my book. I have owned 6 toyotas in the past and loved them all, so not a hard choice for me. Several supra tubo cars, an old old truck and an 81 corrala wagon wayyy back in the early days of my marriage. I drove that corrola to 150Kmi set it on fire once (by accident of course), pulled a fairly heavy uhaul trailer from Dallas to Phoenix and back and still sold it for 850bucks - sold me for life.
I would bet by now there are some dealers looking to dump these pups - you may have to travel a bit to get your price however. I have seen nicely priced tundra's on ebay actually - though mostly in the far north - I would search auto trader as well. Many dealers list on there... good luck with your search.

I can't help with an OOD price, but the SouthEast dealers (Panama City, at least) are offering a $5000 discount on the X-SP packaged SR5.
I haven't seen one of the new trucks in the X-SP, but the older ones had special leather with the "X-SP" embroidery, 20" BBS wheels, granny bars, skid plate and a couple of other options.
However, you will have a tougher time finding a deal on a CrewMax.
The only reason we are looking at a CrewMax is because I like the appearance and the larger rear seat. The C cab looks unproportional and wierd...it looks like it should be an access (extended cab). Regardless, the CrewMax will fit our needs and lifestyle better than the slightly smaller C cab.

I got my 4.7L 4 dr SR5, auto, pwr seat, tilt/tele wheel, 6 disc changer, overhead console, privacy glass, sliding rear window, tinted windows, remote entry/alarm for $24,300. I looked at a TRD pkg similar to what I bought, but they wouldn't deal on that. They only had one at the time and I guess they knew someone would pay thier price. So I got this one. It's the same only without the TRD pkg.
Just pulled the trigger on a 5.7 DC, cloth buckets with all the goodies that comes with that, like center console, milage computer, etc., 18" allloy upgrade, 6-CD changer, sliding rear window & floor mats. After rebate it came in at 25.8K. Fair deal I think. Thinking about adding leather and a bed top.
It seems as if a lot of new Tundra owners are adding leather...not quite sure why though
Well I'll tell you a couple of things about leather. One, if you spill something on it, it cleans up. Two, it smells good.
My wife insisted on leather on her truck. I reluctently went with dealer installed leather. Turns out that's the best looking interior I've ever seen. Plus, you can customize it when you go w/ after market. My wife added heated seats to hers. This brand was called "Katzkin". I swear, you can't tell it's not factory.
I like leather in cars, just not trucks. My truck is a road queen 85% of the time, but when she's offroad, she gets down and dirty, and that last thing I want to do is destroy leather. I do agree, however, that leather smells awesome and is easy to clean...that's one of the reason I wish I hadn't sold my Mazda3GT...it looked and smelled like a $40,000 car
