Clock not keeping time.

Hello,
I have a 07 SR5 double cab 5.7 liter. I am having a hard time getting the clock to stay set. I have posted on another Tundra forum and there are others who are having the same problem. I made a service claim at the dealership and I am waiting for a response. If anyone has had this problem, what did you do to correct it. Thanks in advance.

There's a whole load of people experiencing this problem. I haven't noticed it as of yet on my Tundra, but I did have the EXACT problem in my Mazda3 GT. The display had the timing module in it, and a programing error made it loose time. They replaced the display and it worked fine after that.

I'm sure there'll be a TSB on the issue, but I don't know when or if it has/will be issued. I'd just check in with your local dealership.

Looks like I'm not alone, then. Had my Tundra for about a month now. Parked it for 2 days this week and it lost about 50 minutes on the clock. WTF

I assume that those with Nav will not have this problem since the time is set by GPS?

I think the nav-equipped models still have the clock ontop of the dash If so, you may still have a problem, but I know mine doesn't, so I'm guess it is a problem with a. Texas built trucks, b. Build dates before mine or c. build date after mine (mine is a 04/07 Princeton IN truck).
