Toyota underseat storage accessory?

Anyone have the Toyota underseat storage accessory? I'm thinking about getting it, is it worth it? I have the JBL system, will the subwoofer be in the way? Here's Toyota's pic of it:

Me too, me too.......

Please post reply to this someone. I have the JBL too. In my old truck it also had a subwoofer and the company that made that one said that it would not work with the factory sub installed.

I tried to order it for my incoming Tundra, but my dealer's parts guy said that it will NOT fit if you have the JBL package installed on your Tundra. Looks like I'll just have some more stuff to throw into the cavernous pit of the center console!

You can not get this if you have the JBL option. It is formed to the DBL Cab. I am in the Gulf States Toyota (GST) region, they offer a dense styrofoam underseat storage, but with no lid it isn't as nice. The above pictured storage is a $40 option from the factory, the styrofoam is $125...

Yeah if you get it from the dealership that is right, but if you add the "UT" option from the factory it is only $40. And the foam bins are not the best quality.

I still don't understand why Toyota put the styrofoam in. Are you the guy that is over at TS that had this problem?
