Canada 07 tundra oil filter

i know this is a dumb question but where can i find the oil filter on the new 5.7?? I already bought the new one but cant seem to find the old one lol

thanks for the write up it was a big help.... i just finished changing the oil and yes it really is as crappy as it sounds. oh well anyone can take it in to be done but there is pride in ownership when doing it yourself

Plus you can rest assured it was done correctly when you do it yourself. I do think Toyota should have used the "KISS" method though. I can change the oil, filter and lube the chassis in my truck in about 20 minutes with the standard screw-on filter.
