Tundra Incentives?

Anyone have any REAL facts about what these incentives from Toyota truly are? Here is some conjecture from a GM message board I came upon:

You can negotiate very large discounts on the Tundra in addition to the rebate as TM has given their dealers considerable backside incentives.

On Bloomberg. Toyota, Lentz was asked about the dealer getting up to $6900 on the TUNDRA he wouldn't give a answer.

I'm shopping right now and none of the dealers around here are budging. They wont go below $200 over invoice.

There's conflicting info on Edmunds... 6K! no 4K... don't know what to believe. But the rebate here is only 2500. So that leaves a lot for the dealer on the back end!

If I could get a 200 over invoice here in SoCal I'd be driving a Tundra...not shopping for a Tundra!

I'm going to make a "practice run" here pretty quick and see what I can get... I'm not looking forward to it... but with thousands on the line it pays to do the homework!

Hell- I bought mine in March when there was only the 3.9% financing. The way I see it, the fact that the truck is a Toyota...was incentive enough for me!
