Hey, guys went to the dealership today, got a price of 35k. White SR5 5.7L CrewMax 4x2 - Navi, and sunroof, chrome bumpers. What do you guys think, i went to another one, they had a 4x4 SR5 - fogs and they wanted 37k just for that. What do you guys think 35k good?

Not sure how many Toyota dealerships you have in Vegas but my advice would be to use the internet to your fullest advantage. Go to the Toyota.com site and build a truck to YOUR specs and then cut and paste it to about 1/2 dozen or more dealers in not only your area but also Sacramento, Stockton, and even SF Bay Area if your willing to put in a few hours for a good deal. You'll find out soon enough ( 1 to 2 days) if the local deal is really a DEAL or not. If not, then you either shop out of town or use the out of town quote to bring your local dealer back down to earth. These are generally pretty good guys but never forget they have their own bottom line in mind, they do however understand comparison shopping (it's a matter of business these days with the internet) so will most times try and match up as best as able with competitive quotes.
Personally, I'm finding a whole new use to the internet as far as shopping and I'm really liking it. I no longer walk into a sales floor (car or otherwise) without having a basic grasp of what the market value is on the product I'm shopping for. Local market is one thing but if you can find something online for, say, $2000 cheaper and pay maybe $300 to have it delivered or pick it up then your savings are substantial.

That's a decent price. Even if you figure you are going to a 4x2 instead of 4x4, that's around 2 grand you chop off right there, but then you add Nav, which is $2900 MSRP and that sunroof which is around a grand and you are ahead of that other truck. BTW, is this a Limited or SR5? If it's a limited, that sounds like a hell of a deal.

I did go to toyota's website. The exact one i had came to a msrp of 37k. I dont think this is a bad deal. I checked with dealerships in phx also, they gave me a much higher price. I think this is a good deal. And with the 0%, it really doesnt matter. I went back to the dealership and asked for 1k more for my trade in and they said ok. Most of the dealerships i went to only had 1 or 2 4x2 lefts. So im pobally gonna go down to dealership and sign papers tommorow. The funny part is i bought my last tundra exactly 5 years from yesterday. >_>

What was the window sticker on it? Dealers here in California will drop a couple of K bucks right off the bat....
You should go on edmunds.com and price it out there and see what invoice is and what they say fair market is... I'm shooting for a few hundred over invoice.

Camelback Toyota in Phoenix gave me almost 2,500 of MSRP and I got the 0% financing for 60 months (its now 48 months this month). I had to work for it though. I had to talk to a sales manager 'cus the low men on the totem poles were strictly MSRP.
the window sticker was 37k. They dropped it to 35k and 0% financing. It was the last one they had on the lot. I think i might have paid a little over invoice, but it really doesnt matter since its going into businesses expenses. I went and bought it yesterday, and lemme say i absolutly love it so far.
Pull the trigger and get the truck, as long as YOUR happy with the deal! Too many times I've seen someone haggle over 500~1,000 bucks and walk away...only to come back and that item (car, truck or boat) was already sold. Then they settle for something that wasn't what they really wanted. If they got 8 on the lot just like you want, then haggle. But if there is only one on the lot, I'd bought it too. Congrats!!

Impelled - when you buy a NEW one every couple of years you have to get the best deal possible. $1000 is a lot of money to me...and there's no such thing as "only one on the lot". Toyota makes more every day! and there is a dealership on every corner.
