So, I am at the dealership the other day trying to get the parts ordered for my rear suspension. After them telling me my VIN doesn't exist I walk around for a bit while they try to get their heads out of their ass. I head to the front of the dealership and there is this bad ass Tundra sitting there. I almost bought the damn thing, it was beautiful. 5.7 V-8 Six Speed Auto 4x4 and check out the wheels. It is an 07. Sticker was 34.9K with a $2500 rebate. Sad thing is before even talking them down that is only 4.5k more then the sticker on my 06 Tacoma. I was half tempted until I came back to earth and remembered that I am getting out of the Army next year and won't be guaranteed income. Check it out!
3" lift, 885 coils, AAL, 2 kicker CVRs,OME shocks and struts, K&N CAI, TC UCAs, BHLM Cardomain
"2wd will get you stuck, 4wd will just get you into deeper shit"
that is a dope look truck. but damn the size equaling shitty city maneuverability, and poorer fuel economy just sways me away. i'll just look at em and be satisfied
No offense, but I wouldn't trade my Tacoma even for that stupid looking POS. I'm sure it get's 12-14 MPG and handles like a freakin' Winnebago. For $4,500 you coupld put a LOT of gas in your Taco.

have you guys driven a Tundra? I test drove one and it actually handles pretty well. had about the same turning radius as my Tacoma, maybe even better. definately a bigger truck though...way more then I need.

i test drove the trundra and you're right, it is a very nice truck...but it's too big for an off road rig and it even makes big tires look small
looks nice. my dealer has been keeping at least two lifted tundy's with wheels/tire pkg on them. they want $3600 for the wheel/tire/lift package but they must be selling like hot cakes cause they seem to have a new one or two of them every 1.5-2 weeks.
