While I havent had a rhino lining. I did have my bed Line-Xed. Im not going to bash rhino because I have no data to do so. All I can say is that my Line-X holds up very well, prevents things from sliding, still looks like new and has a lifetime warrenty against defects or damage.
Love my Line-X...I refused to go Rhino, primarily becase of complaints about peeling. Line-X is garaunteed as long as you own the truck, so even if you beat it up with shovels and cut it (I doubt you would be able too, though) then they would replace it.
When I bought my new Tundra, there was an under rail bed liner in the truck; I had the dealer remove it and I went to Stan's Auto Body in Keene, NH and had a Line-X done. They did an excellent job and I would recommend a Line-X to anyone. I had a Line-X in my old truck and I was very happy with that too.
The Rhino quality on our 2005 Tundra was great. The only problem? The material used is so damned grabby, nothing heavy will slide on it. The wife hated it for just that reason. I've heard the same comment from other gals up here in farm & ranch country, Beaverhead County, MT.
Two weeks ago, I priced the two brands. The Rhino guy wanted $515. The Line-X GIRL quoted $395.
Decided on Line-X. The 2007 CrewMax spent two hours in the shop and the job was done.
Very satisfied. Stuff weighing more than 30 pounds slides on the service. Wife loves it.
I have owned both the Line-x and Rhino, I like the Line-x Better.
The line-X held up better to the beating the both were put thru. The Rhino had chunks that were peeled back from shovels, pics and chains and other crap that was thrown in the bed, while Rhino did stand behind it and repaired it a couple of times, the Line-x never had this happen.
Stuff does slide around more in the Line-X than it does in the Rhino, but for the stuff that I put it thru the Line-X tae the punishment better.
Two days ago I saw two trucks parked side by side one with Rhino and one with LineX. Night and Day. No way I would do the Rhino after looking at the two side by side.
You have access to an Inyati installer near you. I have had all three, and the Inyati definately earns its right to "Best in the World" status.
As long as you stay away from Rhino liners and any liner like them you're ok. They're too rubbery and they actually peel and tear. You can cut them with a razor blade like flesh.

I think Line X is a little better, but they both come with a long warranty. I have already hauled a 700 lb pallet of sealant. Neither the pallet nor the forklift could scratch it...my tailgate cap had some marks in it though, but it's going to get a beating anyways. I also had three concrete vibrators out back today and other than being dirty, the Line-X is still in perfect condition. I am very pleased....but I don't have much experience with a Rhino.
Make sure that if you plan on getting a retractable toneau cover that you get "under the rail" instead of "over the rail".
