Start to Experience Wind Noise Yet?

My co-worker's 07 Tundra starts doing it on the freeway.

I wonder if anybody else is experiencing this and actually came up with a remedy.

I've got nothing. Quiet on the 600+ mi trip I just took last weekend. I'll be doing a 900+mi trip up to Mackinaw in 3 weeks, if I get something then, I'll report back.

I just completed a 1900 mile trip, and I have no wind noise issues.

Ask him if he can pinpoint exactly (or close to) where the noise comes from.

I've experienced minor wind noise from my parents' gen5 Camry at highway speed, and I suspect it comes from the window seal not sealing properly when putting the driver-side window up and down (plus it's power-window so can't really manually crank it tight). The noise only shows up very rarely, and no leaks whatsoever during heavy rain.

The gen3 Camry that I used to drive also had wind noise, which probably comes from the driver-side door's locking mechanism, since I don't think it's totally sealed (from the outside door handle key-slot to the inside door handle). Therefore at highway speed there was wind noise, albeit very minimal. That's what I got the music cranked up for

No remedy but I do have a little wind noise. It is irritating, my Taco had 0. I can't really tell what's causing it, my window seems tight, no difference in sound if I push on it. Wondering if it is just turbulence in the mirror and window area?

It would help to know if the noise was from a specific model: crew max, reg cab etc

if you think its coming from the front windshield.. get some painters tape and tape up the entire front window.. and go for a drive see if it goes away..

also i have gotten a few complaints about wind noise.. yea i said wind noise and not wind leak..

if it is somewhat windy outside.. most of the time u hear wind noise but nothing is really leaking in.. its just the way the toyotas are made.. if u jump in a lexus.. i dont think u would hear any wind noise.. best thing to do is deal with it and crank up the radio.. or get a nice loud exhaust lol
