Gains in hp torque or MPG? Do they even make anything for it yet?!?!?! what about lift kits and new wheels (not diggin the stock 18's..)

My local dealership has a handfull of new Tundras with lifts already.

There are 4 in my neighborhood already with 3 and 6 inch lifts.
