22' Tire Option

TRD 22"x9" 5-spoke polished forged aluminum alloy wheel (L7)
$4699 MSRP*

In the Toyota "build it" section. Any pics of these tires from anyone? Would like to see them. Man, $4699? A bit steep I'd say.

I'm guessing the said TRD 22" wheels are the same as the ones on this concept Tundra here TRD Tundra Street Concept

but it's polished instead of painted. I also remember seeing polished ones on another Tundra in one of the threads here, but don't remember where and couldn't find it

Nevertheless, the price is a bit steep but they do look sick though

I have seen several Tundras with those wheels.

They are, without a doubt, the nicest wheels I could imagine putting on a Tundra. Pictures do NOT do the wheels justice. When you see them in person you will be immediately impressed with the finish and workmanship of the wheels. You can get the wheels for about $590 or so from the internet TRD dealer and select your own tires and save a grip of $$.

I'll say it again, they are simply the BEST looking wheel I have ever seen on a dealership lot, PERIOD.

People spend double that per wheel for some 22's that are half as high quality as those wheels are.

Here's a link to the lowest price I have seen so far:

22" trd rims

Theres a pic of a green Tundra Longbed at Cardomain.com in the new tundra section that has the rims on it. His are the smaller size I believe. The rims on his Tundra are exactly the same as the 22" version you guys are talking about only the 22's are bigger. Dealer in Maryland has one on display in the parts department. They are polished or a metalic paint I was not there long enough to tell . They look good but are priced too steep for me. I have also seen them in the accessories catalog Toyota put out with the Tundra brochure in the back.

Black Rims

WOW, it might look good on a black exterior Tundra, but white? I don't know. Have to see them in person.
