Question Have you received a JD Power survey?

As I posted on TS, I was wondering if anyone has received a survey for their Tundra yet. Every new vehicles I've bought in the past always had a JD Power survey follow in the mail, usually 3-4 months after I bought the car. Haven't received anything from them, but did receive a Toyota one that wanted to know any problems I've had, and it was in-depth too (even allowing for me to post about bed bounce or transmission problems, but I don't).

That's normal. Forget the name of it right this sec but they are designed to downshift and help slow down the truck when going down hill or decelerating. My 06 use to do the same thing but not as noticeable as the 07.

I think that's the whole problem. You have a select few that have had some troubles and then the domestic company's started slamming it and the mags and media harping on Toyota because they think they are not suppose to have problems. That's got people worried hearing all the negative talk and listening to every little noise or bump in the truck and running to the dealer asking whats wrong with it. Sounds like the Big 3 have you guys scared. Come on, It's a truck and it's not going to drive or sound like a car. USE it and be happy.

Yeah its downhill assist when you barely tap the brakes going down a hill.

I received 2 surveys from Toyota, (duplicates) asking about the dealer. Nothing about the truck itself.
