I've looked at these things for [exaggerating] hours, and can't figure how to slide off the wiper blades. I'm sure its easy but I'm afraid of snapping a clip that I shouldn't have touched. Are refills available or do I need to buy a whole new arm? Are the blades dealer-only or can I get them at an auto parts retailer? Any advice?
Thanks!

Supposedly they are "refillable" but I've had others tell me they are not. Depending on what part of June you bought it, you might be able to claim the 6 month warranty on the wiperblades..I'd check Monday first thing.
Fortunately, I haven't had a problem with mine (I bought mine in June as well), but others haven't been so fortunate.

Remember, though, blades usually only last 6-12months, depending on use and climate. I had a set of Bosch Icons last me 2 years, though...
