Angry Snow removal company = bastards!

I had an emergency this weekend and had to leave the truck at home. Came back and washed it this morning to find this. There wasn't any damage when I left it, but when I came back to 10" of snow, the snow removal guys shoveled around my truck (which was nice) but left this fricken mark! I'd rather have a stone chip than this... Bottom line, it's going to cost me $50 for this shitty piece of plastic! At least I can order it color matched..

Dude, bummer! Don't throw it away, you can use it for a spare, I think that can be repaired.

What's snow . Real sorry to hear that.... I'm sure there is no way of getting the snow removal company to take care of that?

Maybe its superglued it But either way, I'll just pay the $50 and get a new one.

I'm still waiting to get the name and number to the snow company. The association here handles everything and I don't know who the company is, but I'm pretty pissed. I need to move to a house with a bigger garage

I'll take a pic of the truck in the garage the next time its in there...you'll see why it isn't there all the time I have to push both mirrors in and back it in to fit, and that's pushing my rack 1/4" into the wall and that leaves about 1/8" of room between the front bumper and the garage door. Single car garage townhouses blow donkey dick, but that's what I get for living near Chicago Our next house will have a 2 car garage (minimum) with a doghouse (aka pole barn).

BTW, you are just livin' up that cat smiley, aren't you?

I hear ya, I have a two car garage but I actually downsized from my last house. We had an old horse barn as a two car garage with an attached car port that easily fit my Silverado. There was a wood burning stove for heat in the garage, it was sweet. Too bad the house was built in 1822 and ready to fall down, lol.

Someone told me a way to get even with small business (I'm assuming its a small business). Report them to Better Business Bereau (www.bbb.org) with evidence.

I thought the wife did it at first But then we figured that it wasn't like that before we left and no one had driven the truck over the weekend...I still haven't heard back from the plow company. I'm getting pretty pissed considering I'm over in IA right now and have no contact with the people over there I'll probably end up eating the cost myself, which is BS, but it'll be the fastest way to make sure my truck is looking good again.

I think he is ordering a new plastic piece.

I'd be piss'd if that happened to my truck.

The Snow removal guy would be walking with a shovel up his @#$%!

Snow?

That would piss me off to no end. Not only did someone do that, but you better believe they knew they did it and they just ducked out. Looks like they backed into your truck.

Are you getting that $50 from the scrap place with the chrome? I would think that piece would cost several hundred new, considering one wiper blade costs $58 from a dealer.

Good luck and don't let it burn your Christmas. You can get revenge in '08...
