Exhaust and Intake????

I just bought an 07 Tundra with the 4.7 . I know i could have gotten the big boy but I just couldn't go that far in debt right now. I want to know what you guys recommend for an exhaust with good sound and maybe even a little rumble. And as for intake I want something that might boost my mileage a little while giving it excellent air flow. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

I just had a cold air intake installed in my 08 Tundra with the 5.7L engine. It accelerates faster and plus noticed my gas mileage improved a bit. It gives off that cool low tone growl when I step on the gas.

If noise is what you want, go for it. Just dont expect any increase in gas mileage. You might even get a reduction in mileage. Toyota has spent millions on engineering a whole powertrain system that works together. This is not the 1970's.

A specific warning, which you are free to ignore, until you get a check engine light and the dealer denies you warranty coverage. Do not use a K&N type (oiled cloth) air filter. The oil will coat the MAF sensor wire and the dirt that gets past will stick to it and insulate, causing mixture problems.
