Bluetooth add on.

Anyone have any recommendations for adding in a bluetooth hands free phone connect? I have been using the Scosche DIYBRH ($100.00) for about a week now, and I am returning it tonight. It would constantly loose the paring (no matter what phone I tried) and the sound quality was poor at best.
I have been looking at other devices from two other web sites.

Called the dealer today and asked if they sell a kit. After talking to three people, they routed me to the parts dept. ......final answer was no.

Sparks Toyota has the factory bluetooth kit available and there was a write up on Tundra Solutions about installing it.

I went with the Motorola T505.

The T505 is portable, it just clips onto the visor.

You can do voice dialing from your phones phonebook (my phone is a Motorola, so not sure whether this feature works with other brands).

It can be setup to play through your vehicle's sound system using FM, or it has it's own speakerphone built in.

You can play music from your phone thru this unit on your car's stereo and if you are doing this the unit will mute the music when you are on a call.

I have been pretty pleased with the unit so far, pairs up automatically once you have set it up (just once) and stays paired.

Check out Parrot Blue Tooth Kits. They have an advantage over all other kits, in that they allow you to adjust the microphone pickup. Being in a truck, this feature is a must. It will cancel out much of the background noise,so you can have a civilized conversation while you drive.

I have the CK3200 and love it. It costs about $169.00 on Amazon .com.
