Head Light Bulb replacement...

After raising the hood, does one just remove the two top bolts on the head light assembly to access them or is something else required?

you dont need to remove any bolts. Just twist the bulbs counter clockwise and pull em out.

Exactly. The low beams are the most lateral, and the high beams are the most medial. You simply access them from the back of the housings (where the connectors attach). It should take a 1/4 turn to unlock the bulbs.

I don't know about your truck, but there is no access to the back of the head light assembly in mine. The battery is behing the right assembly and other components are behind the left with about half inch of room.

Do you have an 07+ tundra? If so there is room. I have rather large hands and I did it. Yes its tight but its very possable and easy.
