Very nice...but....

I bet your cited cover will leak to a certain extent. I have a Pace Edwards roll up cover and although it looks and functions great, it leaks like a sieve. I would suggest a light weight solid complete cover that is light enough for two guys/gals to remove easily when you need to haul a tall object.

good luck...virg

Bed Cover

I recently installed a alluminum retractable bed cover on my tundra. I ordered it online and installed it myself. It is made by Paragon and w/ shipping ran me aprox. $680. Great thing is that you can use your truck as it should be and later cover it w/out having to remove the cover. http://www.peragon.com/ check it out.

I too have the Pace Edwards retractable cover and it does leak slightly. I applied a spray on bed liner (Line-X) to prevent any rusting later on. However, the Paragon cover as advised by another poster seems a good bet because of the cost. My Pace Edwards cost $1400 installed.

Good luck,
virg

I have the Torza trifold on my truck and love it. Hardly any leaking unless its coming from the sides (a little at the car washes here and there). At $370 I feel its the best deal out there for what I needed.

I had both the extang and bakflip. They both leak a little. The first one I picked up was the orig bakflip and it needed allot of work, so I took it back and got the extang. The problem with the extang is that it floats on top of the bed and if you have to brake hard it will move and hit the back of the cab. Bakflip then came out with a new and improved model which was much better and I've been happy with it now for prob close to a year now.

Yeah, the new BAK is much better than the old one. They actually recalled the old style.
