new Tundra purchace price

I currently drive a 2006 Tacoma and I'm looking seriously at trading in for a new Tundra. With little effort the dealership has offered me $400 under invoice and $2800 cash back for the Tundra. Is this a good price? Anyone recently purchase a Tundra? Thanks for your help.

Best I've seen. The 08's were where the deals were at. New LTD double cabs $41K sticker going for about $32K. Go to CarMax website, a loaded 08' DCab for around $32K.
