HomeLink Mirror System

I was wondering if anyone knew what was required for the HomeLink rearview mirror to work? Is it just the wiring harness with the power, ground, and ignition wire or is it more complicated than that?
I have a Corolla and our cars apparently aren't worthy enough to come with that option. I was hoping to take a mirror from the Tundra and put it in my car but I don't want to buy the mirror if it's more complicated than connecting those three wires.

Wires Required

The tundra mirror needs 2 wires minimum but it is better with three.

The mirror has terminals for

Ignition
Ground
Battery

The homelink would work with the ignition and ground only hooked up but if you want the homelink to run with the car off you also need to hook up the battery wire. Be careful that you do not put the battery to the IG pin on the mirror. If you hook up a battery line to the IG pin you will drain your battery.
