Need Help on Parts for an 07 Tundra 5.7L!!!!
A friend of mine owns an 07 Tundra double cab 5.7L and he wants to fix it up but doesn't know much about trucks and parts. I own an 07 Tacoma Double cab Sport and I know everything about my truck but im not so sure about the tundra so he wants me to help him. He's willing to spend a good amount of money but would rather not if we dont have to. So what I want to know is,
What is the biggest tire I can put on the Tundra with a 2.5 inch lift on 17 inch tires? We're willing to trim wherever in order to fit the tire.
Also if we buy wheels how wide can we go without using spacers? The bolt pattern is 5x150 yea?
We are buying the King 2.5 inch shocks for the front so for the rear lift, rather than putting on rear blocks to lift it, is it best to use leaf springs with King shocks? If so, is toytec a good place to buy it?
We are going to buy Doug Thorley headers so whats a good exhaust system to go with it other than TRD and whats a good intake system other than TRD?
Who makes good upper control arms for this truck?
Are there any good trail armor bumpers out there? Rock sliders?
Any help would be appreciated.
