Toyota navigation e7013 builtin mic??

hey i work at toyota and was installing a navigation in a tundra, it is a e7013. i can't seem to get the bluetooth working correctly, the customer can her people, but they can't hear them.

is there even a builtin mic on these, i can't see where it would be. i have heard of the mic adjusting in the info setup, but i havn't tried it yet cause the customer is out of town.

long story short, does the toyota navigation e7013 have a builtin mic, if so how do i use it? if not, how do i get one..

Can you tell me if this is DIO or factory? If factory, the MIC should be located in map light area. If DIO which TCI offers, you will need to install other wire harnesses. Thanks!

I have the same Nav unit on my 2007 Camry XLE, do you know if can find out what is the IPOD cable for this unit ?

The mic is near the sunglass compartment. The unit I know doesn't have a mic, BUT, you can adjust the MIC settings via the Settings menu in the NAV.
